Donation Refund Policy
DVM MISHRA FOUNDATION values the trust and generosity of its donors.
General Policy
Donations made to DVM MISHRA FOUNDATION are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated toward charitable and social welfare activities.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate donation transactions
Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake
Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date with:
Donor Name
Donation Receipt Number
Transaction ID
Reason for Refund Request
Refund Review
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect in the donor's account, depending on the payment provider.
